What is mental health coaching?

Here's what you can expect when you choose me:

  • Mental Health Coaching: Access coaching from the comfort and privacy of your own home with my secure and confidential virtual sessions.  You can set up a single session or buy a 6 session package with flexible payment plans.
  • Therapy:  I do offer 1:1 virtual therapy for individuals who reside in the state of Michigan that are struggling with a mental health disorder.  You may schedule a single session here.   While I do not accept insurance at this time, you can explore reimbursement for services as an Out of Network Provider using the Thrizer app. You can learn more about it here.
  • Flexible Appointments: I understand the demands of raising a family, work and other responsibilities, which is why I offer flexible weekday evening appointments to accommodate your busy schedule.  If you have questions regarding my schedule or would like to see if we would be a good fit, you can contact me here to set up a free consultation.
  • Easy-to-Use Client Portal: My user-friendly client portal makes it simple to schedule appointments, access resources, and communicate with me.
  • Fees:  My rate is $150 per hour for both Mental Health Counseling and Therapy appointments.

  • Regular Progress Assessment: Throughout our time together, we'll regularly assess your progress to ensure we're on track towards achieving your goals. These assessments provide valuable insights into your growth and allow us to make any necessary adjustments to our approach.
